Use this baking and flavouring emulsion in any recipe calling for coffee and get more flavourful results! This is the perfect choice for adding a rich coffee flavour to cakes, cookies, frostings, sweet breads, and more.
This water-soluable bakery emulsion has a more potent, robust flavour than an extract, and it won’t “bake out” when exposed to heat. If substituting for brewed coffee in a recipe, add 1 teaspoon for every ½ cup of brewed coffee and increase other liquid by ½ cup.
